Marriage & Me is intended to be a safe place for honest conversation. By participating, we agree to help protect that environment.

What is shared here stays here.
I will not repeat another woman’s personal story, identity, circumstances, or private information outside this group.

I will listen without judgment.
Every woman’s marriage and life experience is different.

I will speak from my own experience.
I will use statements such as “In my experience...” rather than telling another woman what she must do.

I will not shame another woman.
I will not shame her for staying, working on her marriage, separating, or seeking professional assistance.

I will not use this group to attack or humiliate husbands.
We can speak truthfully about harmful behavior while maintaining the purpose and dignity of this circle.

I will respect differences.
I will respect differences in beliefs, backgrounds, experiences, and opinions.

I understand the purpose of this group.
Marriage & Me is a peer-support and educational group and is not a substitute for licensed medical, mental-health, financial, legal, or domestic-violence services.

Safety comes before reconciliation.
Abuse, threats, coercion, or violence will not be treated as ordinary marital disagreement.

I have permission to pass.
No participant is required to answer a question or disclose something she is not ready to share.

I will protect this circle.
I will not photograph, video-record, audio-record, livestream, or post another participant’s story on social media.
